Chief Human Resources Officer at EYP

Mary Cregut is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at EYP. Mary has previous experience as the Vice President of Human Resources at AngioDynamics from April 2010 to April 2016. As a member of the executive management team, they were responsible for the delivery of all Human Resource services to the worldwide organization including direct operations in the United States, Canada, UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Spain, Belgium and Australia.

During their time as Vice President of Human Resources at AngioDynamics, they led the development of strategies, policies, and services that created, supported and sustained a high performance, innovative and entrepreneurial culture. Mary also built and led a proactive HR team to support the business leaders in achieving their goals and talent strategies. As a key resource and strategic business partner to executive management, they were responsible for issues related to human resources, organizational change and structure.

Leading all Human Resource activities of due diligence, compliance and execution for the integration of 4 acquisitions in both the US and International businesses was another one of their many accomplishments during their time as Vice President of Human Resources. These activities included comprehensive position/title, compensation, benefit, policy and organizational structure alignment. In addition, they provided evaluation, analysis and executed on corporate synergy objectives.

Providing overall leadership and an HR strategy to drive a talent management and development agenda to support the business was another accomplishment during their time as Vice President of Human Resources. This included designing and implementing performance management, leadership and employee development, pipeline recruiting, and succession planning processes company-wide.

Possessing strong leadership and business acumen, data and analytical skills and relationship-building capabilities to inspire employees and the organization around common goals, vision and values was crucial as the company continued to grow. Reinforcing a strong collaborative culture with senior leaders, peers and other functions with the company was also important in promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, commitment, focus, excellence, and impact.

Lastly, they successfully implemented an ERP, ATS, and Performance Management System to increase efficiency within the HR operations and to measure continued HR effectiveness within the organization.

Mary Cregut pursued a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing at St. John Fisher University. After graduation, they received certification from EQi.
