Melina Minaya

Melina Minaya, E.I.T., is an accomplished Electrical Project Engineer at EYP since November 2019, specializing in electrical design including power systems, low voltage, and lighting design, and actively participating in project meetings to prepare construction documents. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer at Interface Engineering, Inc., where Melina directed junior staff and managed project documentation, and at Syska Hennessy Group, where responsibilities included creating designs and conducting field investigations. Additionally, Melina worked at Jacobs Engineering on field surveys and scope preparation, and started a career in quality assurance with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where inspections and data compilation were key duties. Melina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.
