Theresa Franck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the medical field. Theresa started their career in 2007 as a Medical Student Assistant at GP Keld Gammelby and later worked as a Medical Laboratory Technology Assistant at Frederiksberg Hospital. In 2009, they completed an internship at Region Sjælland and then joined Almen praktiserende læge Karsten Eriksen for further internship training.

Theresa continued to expand their expertise by working as a FADL Teacher and Examinator from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they completed another internship at Karsten Eriksen before joining Helse Førde as a Physician, specializing in psychiatry. Theresa also worked as a General Practitioner at Sogn og Fjordane fylkeskommune from 2011 to 2019.

In 2015, Theresa took on the role of Physician (MD) in Psychiatry as a Lege i spesialisering at Helse Førde. To further enhance their skills, they joined Bedriftshelse1 in 2019 as an Occupational Health Medical Doctor. Simultaneously, they started working as a Digital Medical Doctor at Eyr Danmark in the same year.

In 2021, Theresa joined Lindesnes kommune as a Primary Care Physician, specializing in out of hours emergency primary health care. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable experience in various medical roles, showcasing their versatility and dedication to providing healthcare services.

Theresa Franck's education history is as follows:

Theresa completed their high school education at Sankt Annæ from 1996 to 1999, with a focus on math studies. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they attended the University of Copenhagen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.

In 2005, Theresa enrolled at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen once again and pursued their medical education. Theresa received a degree in Medicine (cand.med.) in 2009.

Continuing their academic journey, from 2011 to 2017, Theresa specialized in General Practice, focusing on Almen praksis, at Specialist i Almen Medicin.

After that, in 2012, they obtained certification in Medical Acupuncture from the Norwegian Union of medical acupuncture.

In 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Organisasjon og ledelse innenfor helse og velferdssektoren (Organization and Leadership in Health and Welfare) at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2022.

In April 2017, Theresa also obtained the AWLS (Advanced Wilderness Life Support) certification from the Wilderness Medical Society.

Currently, they are working towards a specialization as a medical doctor in occupational health, which will be completed from 2019 to 2024 in the field of Occupational Health.
