Laney Dietrich

Laney Dietrich is currently a Senior Analyst at EZ-ERC. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lighthouse Autism Center from May 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at YMCA of Michiana, Inc. from February 2010 to February 2019. Dietrich also has experience working in retail, having served as a District Manager at Hat World from January 2009 to December 2010 and as an Area Training Manager at Starbucks from January 2005 to December 2009. Laney began their career in retail as a Manager Trainer at Foot Locker from January 2000 to December 2009.

Laney Dietrich has a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the same school. Laney also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
