Debi Lockhart

Debi Lockhart has worked in various Human Resources roles since 1981. Debi began their career with The Bloom Companies, where they held the role of Human Resources for several years. In 1995, they joined Publicis USA as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer. In 2008, Debi started their own consulting firm, Lockhart Consulting, where they served as a Human Resource and Office Services Consultant, specializing in managing Change. Lastly, since 2011, they have been employed at EZ-FLO International, where they have held the roles of Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development and Executive Director of Human Resources.

Debi Lockhart obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from American Intercontinental University, specializing in Business and Human Resource Management.
