Laura Shuford

Laura Shuford has extensive work experience in the field of tax accounting. Laura worked at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 2016, where they served as a Tax Partner. In this role, Laura provided tax accounting expertise to clients, including public SEC reporting companies and privately held companies. Laura assisted clients with various aspects of accounting for income taxes and provided consultation on corporate and partnership tax technical issues. Laura also played a key role in planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. Since 2016, Laura has been working as the VP Tax at EZCORP.

Laura Shuford completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Taxation at The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1994.
