Emil R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emil currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at ezCater, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this role, Emil held the position of Director of Product, Restaurants at Grubhub from August 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they served as the Manager, Enterprise Solutions at Grubhub from December 2018 to August 2020. Emil also worked at LevelUp as the Manager, Strategic Partnerships from August 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, they co-founded Within Health, a product/tech company, and served as its Co-Founder from January 2017 to July 2017. Furthermore, Emil worked at BlueSnap as a Developer Enablement for Payment APIs from September 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were the Lead of the Product Education Team at Kenshoo from April 2012 to September 2015. Emil also has experience as a Technical Writer at NICE from March 2011 to March 2012 and as a Technical Communicator at Comverse from February 2009 to February 2011.

Emil R. obtained a J.D. degree in Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they pursued an LL.M. degree in Law from the University of Geneva from 2007 to 2008. In 2016, they attended the Startup Institute for web development training. Additionally, in January 2021, Emil received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
