Kate Taunton-Rigby

Kate Taunton-Rigby is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in overseeing global HR functions. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and VP of HR Operations at ECI since July 2020, Kate has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership. Prior to ECI, Kate was the Principal Owner of Team T-R, a consulting practice focused on HR operations and business strategy for various organizations. Additional roles include Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at Eze Software Group and Recruiter at Daniel Roberts. Kate's career began as a Marketing Coordinator at the Indy Racing League, following a degree in Sports Communication from Indiana University Bloomington.
