Marc Gold

Marc Gold has a strong background in customer success and service delivery. Marc most recently worked as a Senior Director of Global Account Management at ECI since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Executive at Zendesk from February 2022 to March 2023. From June 2021 to February 2022, they served as a Senior Director of Client Services at Episource LLC. Before that, Marc held various roles at Eze Castle Integration, including Director of Customer Success and Senior Director of Service Delivery from 2016 to 2021. Marc also has experience at ECI, where they served as a Director of Service Delivery and an Associate Director of Service, among other roles, from 2004 to 2016. Prior to that, Marc worked as a Project Manager at Freeman Enterprises from 2001 to 2004.

Marc Gold holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & MIS from the University at Albany, SUNY. Marc has additional certifications including AWS Cloud Practitioner from LinkedIn and an expected AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Marc is also expected to obtain the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
