Navin Kripalani

Navin Kripalani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Navin started their career at Stream Tracmail Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Telecom in 2001. In 2004, they joined Coutrywide Financial as an Assistant Vice President. In 2009, Navin joined Bank of America as a Service Delivery Leader - Vice President IT, where they stayed until 2019. During this time, they gained extensive experience in IT service delivery. From 2019 to 2023, Navin worked at Alphaserve Technologies® as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they led various projects related to digital transformation. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director IT Project Management at ECI.

Navin Kripalani completed their education at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, they attended KJ Somaiya College of Engineering from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Navin Kripalani has obtained certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in October 2019 and ITIL4 foundation, although the exact month and year of obtaining the latter certification are unknown.
