Tajh Ballard is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and service desk operations. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at ECI since February 2019, Tajh has honed expertise in customer service and technical troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Tajh worked as a Tech Support Service Specialist at Long Island University from January 2015 to February 2019, and gained hands-on experience as a 1st Year Apprentice at Crana Electric, Inc. in the summer of 2013. Additionally, Tajh completed an internship at St. Johns Bread and Life in late 2012. Education includes training at Npower, which further complements technical skill set.
