Richard Leconche

Richard LeConche has extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as the Director of Golf Operations at Banyan Cay Golf and Resort since February 2017. In addition to this role, Richard maintains several positions, including Sales Representative at ezLocator and Co-Founder of US Future Stars, which focuses on junior golf equipment. With a background as South Florida sales representative for OnCore Golf and owner of RNM Golf Inc., Richard also holds the position of US representative for Golf in Sync, which has seen usage by 15 top European players at prestigious events like the Ryder Cup. Previous management experience includes serving as General Manager at The Links at Madison Green and Director of Golf at Eastpointe Country Club. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University after attending Northwest Catholic High School.
