Amanda Wrangham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at EZRA Coaching, where they believe professional coaching is a powerful tool that can change lives and make teams happier. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Korn Ferry, starting as a Director of Client Solutions in the Digital Practice before being promoted to a Senior Principal Consultant and eventually an Associate Client Partner. Their roles at Korn Ferry involved selling, leading, and managing large-scale executive assessment and coaching projects for Fortune 500 clients. Amanda also gained industry experience in Energy, Industrial, Consumer, Financial, and Retail sectors during their time at Korn Ferry. Before Korn Ferry, they worked as a District Manager at ADP and as an Associate Partner/Business Development Advisor at Gallup, where they sold and led consulting projects primarily focused on employee engagement surveys. At the beginning of their career, Amanda held various sales management roles at Marshall Field's, Target Corporation, May Company, and Macy's. Amanda started in a commission sales representative role during graduate school and quickly rose through the ranks, managing over 70 employees during peak holiday seasons. Amanda's early work experience also includes working in the campus administrative office and marketing abroad immersion programs at Concordia Language Villages after graduating from college.

Amanda Wrangham obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Spanish, and Theater from Concordia College in 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Communication degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, Amanda has acquired various certifications including Interview Architect, KF 360 (and Voices), Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, Leadership Architect for Korn Ferry and Lominger competency frameworks, Strengths Coach for Clifton StrengthsFinder, Talking Talent and Talent Review, Team Architect, and viaEDGE and Learning Agility. The years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
