Andrew M. is an experienced professional in the human resources and staffing industry, currently serving as the Global Enterprise Account Director at EZRA Coaching since April 2023. Previously, Andrew held various senior leadership roles at The Adecco Group from October 2003 to April 2023, including Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts, where oversight extended to over 40 countries and a team of 350+. Andrew has a strong background in developing sales strategies, managing key global accounts, and fostering international relationships, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Early career experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant for the New South Wales Government in Australia. Andrew earned a BA(Hons) in Business in Europe with French from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Licence in Management et Gestion des Entreprises from Université de Savoie, France.
