Michael Soto

Michael Soto currently serves as the Global Enterprise Account Director at PINKERTON, where extensive experience in risk management is utilized. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Microsoft for over a decade in various positions, including Regional Security Operations Manager, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Store Manager. Michael's career began at Apple, serving as a Store Manager from 2002 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Los Angeles Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies/Management Studies from Excelsior University. Additional certifications include WZ Certification, training in Safety and Compliance, leadership in diversity and inclusion, and First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross. Michael is also a member of ASIS and is pursuing CPP certification.
