Juvina Ratnam

Juvina Ratnam worked as a VP of Business Development at EZRA Coaching starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hays, including Senior Client Partner, Manager, and Team Manager in the banking and financial services sector. Juvina'stime at Hays spanned from October 2017 to June 2023. Before joining Hays, Juvina worked as a Marketing Intern at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in 2015 and as an Intern/Volunteer at the Singapore Kindness Movement in 2013.

Juvina Ratnam completed their education history in a chronological manner. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the School of the Arts, Singapore where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Following this, they enrolled in the Singapore Management University from 2013 to 2017. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Marketing & Arts & Culture Management. In 2016, Juvina also briefly attended La Trobe University, where they studied Business Management for a year.
