Tony James Ye

Tony James Ye is a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at EZRA Coaching since February 2024, bringing diverse experience in customer engagement and account management. Previously, Tony held the role of Account Executive at Rootly from December 2022 to February 2024, and served as Project Manager/Account Manager, as well as Senior Business Development Representative at Plobal Apps from March 2022 to December 2022. Prior experience includes an Account Development Executive position at MuleSoft from March 2021 to March 2022, and significant contributions as an Account Executive and Multi-Channel Executive at DHL Express from July 2019 to March 2021, where Tony managed a portfolio of over 400 clients and received DHL’s Chancellors Sales award. Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate Management with a minor in Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed in 2019.
