Dori Rutkevitz

Dori Rutkevitz is the Co-Founder and COO of EZRA.fund. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Pando Climate, where they worked for 8 months. Dori has also been an IDP Leadership Coach at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, for 1 year and 6 months. As well as this, they were also the Principal, Organization Designer & Leadership Coach at Three Spheres Advising for 1 year and 8 months. Dori's previous experience includes 5 years and 7 months at Mosaic as the Director, Organizational Development & Culture, Director, Product Management & Culture, Product Manager & Culture Director. Dori also has experience as a Founder and Head Chef, which they did for 1 year and 1 month.

Dori Rutkevitz has a Hakomi Mindfulness & Somatic Psychotherapy certification from 2014-2018, a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in Philosophy of Religion and Sociology from 2005-2009, and an Art of Developmental Coaching certification from Coaches Rising.
