Nicole Goodwill

Nicole Goodwill has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nicole is currently employed as the Director of Agility and Organizational Change at EZ Texting since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at AIG as the Director of Agile Transformation from March 2014 to September 2020. From April 2011 to March 2014, Nicole held the position of VP Agile PMO at Bank of America. Nicole also served as the Senior Manager of Program Management at Future Com from June 2009 to April 2011. Before that, they worked as the Head of Project Management at Tundra Technical Solutions from April 2008 to February 2009. In 2007, they were employed as the Manager of Program Delivery at Telstra. Nicole Goodwill started their career at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as a Senior Program Manager from October 2001 to December 2006.

Nicole Goodwill has a diverse education history in the field of business and project management. Nicole attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they studied Digital Transformation. Additionally, they pursued a program in Supply Chain Management at Duke University. Furthermore, Nicole also obtained education in Business Management and Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole Goodwill has obtained various certifications. Nicole became a Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner (RS@SP) through Scrum Inc. in August 2022.
