Aida Dinu

Aida Dinu is the Head of Global Human Resources at Ezugi, where responsibilities include managing the integration process following the acquisition by Evolution Gaming and aligning global HR practices. Aida previously established successful HR strategies across Europe and improved organizational effectiveness and employee productivity significantly in earlier roles. Aida is also a member of EMCC Romania, focusing on coaching and mentoring. Prior experience includes HR specialist positions at Green Oil and Lubes and RomBet, and office management at Rombet. Aida holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Bucharest and has completed a Global Foundation Level Accredited Online Mentoring Program at EMCC.
