Aline Alves has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Aline started their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at CCM7 in 2006. Aline then worked at Hexa Solution as a Business Process Analyst, where they focused on process analysis, prioritization of activities, planning and execution of tests, and the creation of functional specifications.

In 2010, Aline joined GPTI Information Technology as a System Analyst, responsible for analyzing and documenting system requirements. Aline then returned to CCM7 as a Senior Test Analyst before moving on to Synchro - Solução Fiscal. At Synchro, they worked as a Senior Test Analyst and later as a Business Analyst. Aline'sresponsibilities included analyzing tax compliance intelligence, supporting the product owner, and leading the tech team.

Since 2016, Aline has been working at ezyCollect, where they started as a Business & Test Analyst. Aline'srole involved quality assurance, business analysis, writing functional requirements and test cases, executing manual tests, and managing issues. Aline later became the Product Delivery Lead, responsible for communicating the release plan and managing the backlog. Aline successfully implemented the quality assurance area at ezyCollect, reducing subsequent errors in the system and improving customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Aline has demonstrated their ability to quickly adapt to new systems and projects, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

Aline Alves' education history includes a post-graduation program in Computer Software Engineering at IBTA (Brazil) in 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher Education in IT at FATEC Jundiai (Brazil) from 2003 to 2005, focusing on information technology with an emphasis in business management.
