Caro Caluwé

Caro Caluwé has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Caro began their career at McDonald's Belgium as a Shift Leader, and then held an F&B Internship and Purchasing Internship at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin in 2013. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Manager and F&B Supervisor/Manager on Duty at NH Hotel Group. In 2016, they took on the role of Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant at BENCHMARQUE. Since 2019, they have been the Head of People and Human Resources Manager at ezyCollect.

Caro Caluwé obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Hotelmanagement from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen between 2010 and 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a Latin and Modern Languages degree from Olve Edegem between 2002 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from various institutions, including the University of Cambridge, LinkedIn, and UTS Business School.
