Christine Jones

Head of Global Support at ezyVET

Christine Jones is the current Head of Global Support at ezyVET. Christine has also worked as a Customer Operations Manager at Tradify from September 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations NZ at Ola from September 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the operational management of all New Zealand operations staff, functionality and growth. This included developing and driving strategic operational growth plans for NZ operational business, leading and supporting the NZ Operations team to deliver on key operational growth tasks, and identifying, developing and implementing new standard operating processes and procedures for the NZ operational business. Christine was also responsible for managing the expansion project of the Ola business into 11 new locations nationwide, determining budget requirements and managing all operational resource costings, building strong working relationships with NZ transport regulatory governing boards, liaising with the Product development team on required product development changes, and mitigating potential regulatory risks through driver auditing and compliance analysis.

Christine Jones has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University in Economics, and a Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management from Auckland University of Technology. Christine also has certification from www.icollege.co in Agile Scrum, Paul Mills Consulting Ltd in Stuff Foundational Leadership Programme, Brainmates in Brainmates Essentials of Product Management, and IAB in IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification.

They are on a team with Marcus Atkins - Chief Delivery Officer, Anthony Church - Chief Product Officer, and Matt Cooper - Head of Data & Platform. Their manager is Hadleigh Bognuda, CEO & Founder.
