Joseph C. serves as the F-35 Mission Systems Deputy Chief Engineer at the F-35 Joint Program Office, a position held since April 2014. In this role, Joseph provides leadership at the supervisory GS-15 level and has previously held various high-level engineering and management positions, including F-35 Sensors Software Lead Engineer and Integration Branch Lead Engineer, demonstrating expertise in mission systems and program management. Prior to this, Joseph worked at the United States Air Force as an Electronics Engineer in the B-52 System Program Office. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Engineering & Technical Management from Oklahoma State University, along with graduate credentials from the USAF Air War College and the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
