Paul T. has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting roles. Paul started their career in 2011 as an Engineering Technician at Naval Air Systems Command. In 2014, they transitioned to the private sector, working as an Accountant/Financial Analyst at Coastal Sunbelt Produce and later as a Financial Consultant at KGS. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Financial Management Consultant at FEDSYNC. In 2016, they joined Frontier Inc., initially as a Senior Financial Consultant and later becoming the OUSDC FIAR ARALSS Contract Manager. Since 2017, Paul T. has been working at the F-35 Joint Program Office, where they first served as a Financial Manager, then as the Operations and Support Finance Lead, and currently holds the position of Chief of Finance, Foreign Military Sales.

Paul T. obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing it between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, with a minor in Business Administration, at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, in 2011, they attended College of Southern Maryland, and from 2009 to 2011, they were enrolled at Howard Community College. In terms of certifications, Paul T. achieved a DoD Financial Management Certification Level 3 from the United States Department of Defense in April 2022. Paul had previously acquired a DoD Financial Management Certification Level 2 from the same institution in January 2020.
