Troy Heald

Troy Heald, CIC, AINS, has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Northern Aroostook District Manager at F.A. Peabody Company since November 2000, where responsibilities include managing office operations and sales in Presque Isle, Caribou, and Madawaska, ME. Troy has held various roles within the organization, including Branch Manager and Customer Service Agent. In addition to insurance, Troy is actively engaged in community service as a Trustee for Northern Light AR Gould Board, Pastor at Woodland First Baptist Church, and Board Member for both Northern Light Home Care and Hospice and New Brunswick Bible Institute. Troy also serves as an ordained chaplain and has past experience as a bi-vocational pastor and basketball official. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Business Administration and several certifications in insurance and firefighting.
