Art director by training, Pinel has worked at Talent Marcel and Neogama/BBH, in addition to having been Creative Director at Lew'Lara\TBWA and Africa. Served clients such as Vivo, Netflix, Apple, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Renault, Gatorade, Itaú, Bradesco, Ipiranga, NET, Alpargatas (Mizuno and Topper), BRF (Qualy), Folha, TIM, CVC and FIFA. It has won Lions at Cannes Lions and awards at One Show, D&AD, CCSP and Effie Awards, among other national and international festivals. Pinel was also responsible for designing the 2014 FIFA World Cup logo.
