Nina Parmley

Nina Parmley is the corporate payroll administrator, handling multistate payroll processes and generating payroll reports. Prior to joining FDY, Inc. in 2010, she worked as the human resources manager at Fleischer’s Bagels where she managed talent recruitment, new hire procedures, and employee relations. Parmley also worked as the senior payroll specialist at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., managing payroll processes for nearly 40,000 active and retired associates.

Parmley is a notary public in North Carolina. She earned a licensed practical nurse degree from Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services. She completed advanced training in human resource management and business analysis.
