Mike Beatty

Mike Beatty is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as General Counsel at F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. since January 2012, Mike has developed a robust Compliance Management System and an effective consumer complaint administration process. Prior to this position, Mike was Counsel at First Marblehead Corporation from February 2004 to July 2011, where responsibilities included coordinating legal responses and assessing risks related to contested matters. Mike also held the position of Counsel at The Education Resources Institute, Inc. from February 1997 to January 2004, focusing on building a national network of attorneys for legal support and establishing procedures for legal proceedings. Mike Beatty holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor's degree from UMass Boston, complemented by a Diploma from Boston Latin School.
