Jared Means

Jared Means has been working at F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical since September 2010. Over the years, Jared has held various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Payroll. Jared's responsibilities involved recruiting talent, interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, managing benefits, handling insurance claims, worker's compensation, terminations, and more. In their role as Purchasing Agent, Jared purchases HVAC equipment for installations and maintains stock in the warehouse. As the Payroll, Jared was in charge of payroll for around 200 employees. Prior to this, Jared worked as a Team Lead Apprentice at Level One, LLC where Jared trained new hires and provided ongoing training for current employees. Jared has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and Bob Jones University.
