Donovan Brown

Donovan Brown is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Good Day Farm since November 2025. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition / Subcontractor Program Lead at Advocate Construction and various positions at Barry-Wehmiller, where responsibilities encompassed leading recruitment sourcing strategies and corporate recruiting. Donovan began a career in recruitment at Aerotek and held a sales management position at The Cellular Connection. An early internship at the Social Security Administration involved conducting background checks and investigative reporting. Donovan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2013.
