Kyle Brendel

Kyle Brendel has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at F.H. Paschen since June 2016, with prior roles as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer II. Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, proposals, project budgets, contracts, and change orders within the office's JOC department. Previously, Kyle contributed as a Project Engineer on the WMATA Escalator Canopies project, focusing on buyout assistance and maintenance of project logs. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Internship at Cherry Hill Construction, where tasks involved pre-construction field visits, quantity and expense tracking, and contract documentation.
