Ellen K. Hazen

Ms. Hazen, a CFA® charterholder, is responsible for management of the firm’s Focused Equity Strategy. Ms. Hazen provides support to the firm-wide investment process, including fundamental and ESG research.

Ellen has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining F.L.Putnam, she spent 13 years as a sector portfolio manager and senior equity research analyst at MFS Investment Management and served on the Research Management Committee and the Diversity Committee. Ellen previously held positions at Putnam Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley.

Ellen is involved with several non-profit organizations focused on women in the investment management industry, including Investing In Girls (IIG) and Smart Woman Securities (SWS).
