Alex Koster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alex began their career in 2004 as a Junior Administration Assistant at Gyros Communications. Alex then moved on to work as a Junior Account Executive in PR & Events at the same company from 2005 to 2006.
In 2006, Alex joined Chillisauce as an Events Sales Account Manager and eventually became a Sales Team Manager. During their time there, they managed a team of 16 Sales Account Managers, recruited and trained new employees, and maintained high standards of sales performance and customer service. Alex also handled supplier and venue relations, conducted training sessions, and achieved targets while ensuring budget control.
Alex then joined Cartwheel Recruitment Ltd in 2016 as a Client Services Manager. Alex played a crucial role in delivering a first-class recruitment service to clients within the catering, hospitality, and facilities management sectors. Alex focused on understanding client briefs, maintaining open and honest communication, and providing efficient service. Alex also developed a reputation for having extensive knowledge of the market sectors they recruited for.
In 2017, Alex moved to State of Play Hospitality, where they held various roles. Alex started as a Sales & Reservations representative, delivering social experiences on an international scale. Alex then became the Commercial Manager, overseeing sales and reservations. Later, they were promoted to the position of Head of Sales & Reservations and eventually became the Head of Reservations & Central Operations.
Most recently, in 2022, Alex joined F1® Arcade as the Head of Sales.
From 2002 to 2005, Alex Koster attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree with a focus on Psychology and Criminology.
