Jonathan Peters

Jonathan Peters has a strong background in finance and leadership. Jonathan currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at F1® Arcade. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Ivy Collection, Caprice Holdings, Birley Clubs, and Bill's Restaurants, where they provided commercial, strategic, and financial leadership, leading to substantial EBITDA growth and record revenues.

Before that, Jonathan worked as the CFO at Everyman Media Group PLC, where they played a key role in managing exceptional growth, tripling revenue and share price, and increasing EBITDA fivefold. Jonathan also served as the Regional Finance Director at Belron, leading a regional finance function and maximizing the value of the Autoglass & Carglass brands.

Jonathan has extensive experience with Whirlpool Corporation, serving as the Finance Director for Commercial Operations in the EMEA region and Finance Director for France. In these roles, they led financial and operational initiatives, improved profitability and cost management, and ensured compliance with regulations.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Equifax as the Finance Director for Italy and Controller, where they integrated a new acquisition and established financial practices according to corporate standards. Jonathan also gained valuable experience at Marks & Spencer as a Corporate Auditor/Accountant and at BDO Stoy Hayward as an Auditor.

Jonathan Peters attended Loughborough Grammar School from 1980 to 1987. Jonathan then enrolled at Tel Aviv University as part of the Overseas Student Programme from 1987 to 1988. Following this, Jonathan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at The University of Manchester from 1988 to 1991.
