Joel also held the position of VP Direct, ERP and ISV revenue channels at Paya.com, where they developed a Go-To-Market strategy and organized revenue teams.

Additionally, Joel has worked at First Data Corporation, Bank of America Merchant Services, TransFirst, RBS WorldPay, and Chase Paymentech Solutions, holding various sales and leadership positions. During their tenure at Chase, they sold over $25 billion in credit card volume and worked with major brands such as Google, Ebay, and PayPal.

Joel Gambiana attended St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School from 1991 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a degree in Marketing and focused their studies on Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Public Relations.
