Previously, they worked as a Customer Success Advisor at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from March 2021 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Representative at buybuy BABY from April 2019 to March 2021. Heena also has experience as an Information Technology Project Coordinator at U-TO Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2017 to March 2018, where they performed tasks such as access reviews, policy and procedure maintenance, and providing technical support.
