Robson Souza

Robson Souza is an experienced professional in engineering and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Simulations Analyst at F2J INDUSTRY since July 2021, focusing on mechanical, thermal, and plastic injection simulations for automotive lighting components. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Analyst, where Robson managed improvement projects and coordinated maintenance for a manufacturing facility, and Continuous Improvement Intern at Valeo, leading projects in industrial improvement within the automotive sector. Earlier, Robson gained expertise as a Mechanical Designer and CNC Programmer at Zaflex, and began a career in tooling assistance and machine operation at Heral S/A. Robson holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, along with bachelor’s degrees in Materials Engineering and Science and Technology from Universidade Federal do ABC, and has completed technical education in Polymers and Mechanical Machining at Senai São Paulo.
