Chris Hlubb

Chris Hlubb is the current Program Director at F3 Tech Accelerator. Prior to this, they served as the President/COO of Marky's Group, Inc. from June 2010 to July 2018. Under their direction, the group was created to merge the management, marketing and branding of manufacturing and multi-channel distribution facilities in the U.S., Panama and Germany.

Through the revision of operations and strategic consultation with ownership, Chris enhanced the company’s efficiency by prioritizing policies, procedures and departmental goals. Further international initiatives added significant future revenue streams through strategic federal policy successes, venture partnerships and agreements with international governments and academia for the development of new technologies.

Some of Chris' accomplishments during their time at Marky's Group, Inc. include:

• Providing pro-active strategic planning through restructuring, new revenue source identification and infrastructure development to all departments.

• Establishing diplomatic and financial policies & procedures as the primary liaison and advisor for international suppliers and customers.

• Creating the company’s first comprehensive Marketing department and initiative.

• Developing the training policies and procedures for operations, sales and finance necessary to identify KPI’s through revised and automated reporting standards.

Chris Hlubb has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Randolph-Macon College and a degree from Gilman.
