Bryan Eppich

Bryan Eppich has a diverse range of work experience. Bryan is currently working as a Marketplace Project Manager at F33.ai. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager and Program Manager at The Center for Family Support Inc. and was responsible for managing cases, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various teams to create accurate budgets and plans. Before that, they worked as a Care Manager at Advance Care Alliance, where they provided support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disability needs. Bryan also served as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at The Center for Family Support Inc., overseeing patient and family relationships, coordinating care and services, and documenting correspondence. Bryan has experience as a Family Support Worker at Clinical & Support Options, Inc., building relationships with children and families and implementing treatment plans. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Teacher at Tutor Time Childcare, educating children and communicating with parents. Bryan also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying adoption and education policies, and as a Family Center Intern at Amherst Regional Pelham Middle School, developing lesson plans and engaging with families. Bryan Eppich completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between the years 2013 and 2016. In December 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
