Luciana Guessi

Luciana Guessi is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as Coordenadora de Customer Experience at F360 since November 2022, where Luciana leads strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and supervises team development. Previously, at Guarde Aqui Self Storage, Luciana managed multiple customer service channels and structured the sales area, focusing on operational improvement and NPS projects.
