General Manager, F45 APAC

Job description

The General Manager for F45 Training, Inc. across the APAC region will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives related to operations management, franchise network performance, and strategic planning with the APAC franchise network. The key roles and responsibilities are:

  • Assess and identify key challenges and opportunities that currently exist in the APAC network; develop strategic plan focused on driving successful recovery and ongoing operations of the region; present plans and results directly to the C-Suite and Leadership Team for discussion and approval of major strategic initiatives for the APAC region.
  • Establish strong relationships and credibility across all levels of business line management. As the APAC leader, responsible for designing performance management processes, mobility processes, and communication tools. Collaborate in design, infrastructure, and communication.
  • Maintain a collaborative, cohesive work environment by assisting, leading, and influencing the franchisor organization at various levels and with franchise partners.
  • Facilitate the development and acclimatization of our franchise partners to support and deliver initiatives that support our strategic goals. Establish critical success factors, goals, and systematic key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable tracking of franchise partners’ health after new studios are opened and post-opening franchises are established.
  • Establish accountability, urgency, and effectiveness while providing guidance, encouraging engagement, and providing support. This includes client relationship management (CRM), network communications, and network coordination (virtual) monthly communication. Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to your manager to better inform the team’s goals and targets.
  • Coordinate with internal constituencies to produce a report that summarize the performance of the APAC franchise network; update the report on a regular basis and distribute to C-Suite and Leadership Team with key insights.
  • Participate and assist in planning annual conventions, summits, seminars, and business meetings. Attend franchise grand openings as directed and coordinate with preferred “partners” on business operations and strategic events.
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to deliver on brand and unit-level performance objectives by overseeing franchisee success strategies that create operational efficiencies and EBITDA growth.
  • Analyze long-term requirements and make recommendations and proposals for implementing strategies geared towards driving business success in the APAC region.
