As a Paid Media Specialist at F45, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing paid media campaigns that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position is key to driving brand visibility and growth across all brands F45 Training, FS8 and Vaura, through effective media planning and execution across diverse channels.

Strategic Development and Execution:

  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with F45’s business goals.
  • Implement and monitor media strategies to ensure they effectively reach desired audiences and meet performance metrics.

Collaborative Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams such as Brand Marketing, Product, Athletics, and Engineering to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the liaison for media-related initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and execution of strategies across all departments.

Agency & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and ensure the fulfillment of campaign objectives and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for media partners, managing relationships with key digital and traditional platforms.

Innovation and Optimization:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in media channels and tools, suggesting innovative strategies to keep F45 ahead in competitive markets.
  • Utilize data and analytics to continually refine and optimize media spending and campaign performance.

Budget Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee and manage the media budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on media strategy performance to the VP of Marketing and other senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
