Lotte Lykkegaard Laursen

Lotte Lykkegaard Laursen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Mobilize Strategy Consulting since January 2022 and holding the position of Network Director at F5 Networking, Lotte has built a diverse career in various consulting roles. Prior to these positions, Lotte was an Organizational Psychologist Consultant at Lotte Lykkegaard Laursen, Erhvervspsykologisk Udvikling, where services focused on trust-building leadership and well-being in organizations. As a co-founder of Bloomsights, Lotte contributed to developing a tool aimed at enhancing the social environment in schools. Lotte has held various roles in strategic leadership development and consulting across educational institutions and public sectors, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving welfare and collaboration within organizations. Lotte holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Aarhus University and several relevant certifications in coaching and project management.
