Becky Karsh

Becky Karsh currently serves as Vice President of Talent & Growth at F5, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Becky held several leadership positions including Senior Director of Talent Development at Snap Inc. from November 2021 to October 2025, and was a Founding Member of TroopHR, a national HR network focused on empowering People professionals from August 2021 to September 2025. Previous experience includes Director of People and Organizational Development at Finix, Global Head of People Development at Uber, and Vice President of Global Career Innovation at Fullbridge. Becky also founded Beyond Business and ArtRoots America, and worked as an Education/EdTech Marketing Consultant at Karsh Consulting LLC, along with early teaching experience as an Elementary Music Teacher. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Northwestern University and a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
