Valerie Weingarten

Valerie Weingarten is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at F5 since August 2025. Prior to this role, Weingarten spent nearly nine years at Salesforce, where responsibilities included leading the global transition of the recruiting model and implementing AI-driven processes to enhance recruitment efficiency.
