Ms-Hrm Laura Butler

Laura Butler, MS-HRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Laura is currently employed as the HR Director at FABco since June 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Hughes from 2011 to 2017, holding various roles such as HR Manager for Global Chemical and Industrial Services, Global Information Technology, and Global Supply Chain. Laura also worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Representative for Global Supply Chain, as well as an HR Analyst for US Land Operations. Before their time at Baker Hughes, Laura worked at Invesco Ltd. from 2005 to 2011, where they held roles as a Recruiter, HR Staffing Coordinator, and Sr. Technical Representative.

Laura Butler obtained their BA degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in the years 1999 to 2003. In 2002, they also briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at Houston Christian University. Additionally, in January 2011, Laura obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
