Annalisa Nash

AnnaLisa Nash has extensive experience in the legal field. Their most recent role was as the Head of Legal at Fabcon, a leading manufacturer and installer of structural precast wall panels. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary at Ulteig, an industry-leading design engineering company. AnnaLisa also held the position of Vice President General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Border States, a wholesale distributor. Before transitioning into corporate roles, AnnaLisa worked as the Managing Counsel, Global Trade and Compliance at Doosan Bobcat, a multinational conglomerate. AnnaLisa began their legal career as a Trial Attorney at the US Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. AnnaLisa also gained experience as an attorney at Kardos & Associates, advising motor vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, and as an Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where they handled complex litigation matters.

AnnaLisa Nash completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs at The George Washington University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Oak Grove Lutheran High School in Fargo, ND and graduated in 1995. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, from 2001 to 2004.
