James A. Nettles Jr., P.e.

James A. Nettles Jr., P.E. is an accomplished forensic engineer at Haag Global since July 2023 and has been a principal engineer at Fabcon Precast since April 2012, overseeing precast concrete designs for commercial and residential structures. With prior experience as a senior professional structural engineer at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., responsibilities included the design and inspection of various structures and project management. Nettles also served as the manager of design services at Fabcon and a project/structural engineer at Gannett Fleming, focusing on bridge analyses and designs. Nettles holds a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
