Karen Arrell has extensive experience in quality management and document control within the medical device and food industries. Currently serving as the Quality Management System Coordinator at Fabcon Precast since September 2021, Karen previously held positions at Harland Medical Systems, Zyga Technologies, APEX, Phillips & Temro, CIMA Labs, and ConAgra Foods, encompassing roles such as Senior Document Control Specialist, Manufacturing Technician, and Document Control Analyst. Responsibilities have included managing quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing document control processes, and supporting manufacturing operations. Recognized for excellence, Karen received the Employee of the Second Quarter Award in 2012 at CIMA Labs.
